A cheerful man with great experience and fond of children, actress in theater performances, coordinator of acting and dance courses, trainer, assistant in drama therapy with clinical psychologists, organizer of events, camps and development workshops, screenwriter, musician , English teacher and translator, all in an experience spanning more than 20 years.
He graduated from the Faculty of Theater and, for 10 years, performed in children’s shows at the Children’s Comic Opera, the Șăndărică Theater and the Pantalone Theater. From Tinkerbell, Ariel or Yasmin, to Captain Hook, Snow White’s merry Dwarf or Veronica’s Fox, he lovingly approached each character.
She is currently an actress at the Art Theater and the Comedy Theater in Bucharest and a trainer at the Bucharest Art Theater School.
In 2013, the film “I’m not famous, but I’m Aromanian”, a film played entirely in the Aromanian language, where she plays the role of the judge, won the Maestrale Unica and the European Parliament distinction for the best representation of a linguistic minority, at the Babel festival in Sardinia.
Together with Irina Ioana Calotă, a clinical psychologist, she organizes and supports drama therapy camps and workshops for children and teenagers.
Before dedicating himself to the acting profession, he worked as a teacher of English and French.



Andreea
Only when there is an opportunity for a story does it appear. The games fascinate her and the children’s joy, once the game is started, shows her that everything is wonderful around us as long as we marvel with curious and smiling eyes.
She has been playing with children, teenagers and adults for 15 years, both as an educator and as a Romanian language teacher and lecturer.
He went through the years of pedagogic high school, among violin bows and passepartouts to come to appreciate teaching through art, to discover and chisel tools to communicate adequately with children according to their individual characteristics and age.
He further embraced the Faculty of Letters at the University of Bucharest. In parallel, he collaborated with the Junior Achievement Association to carry out workshops with children, was a volunteer at Save the Children and taught foreign language courses.
Passionate about mobile borders, the fusion of cultures, she opted for a master’s degree in Intercultural Management in English and French under the auspices of UNESCO at the University of Bucharest. He believes in the formation of a global citizen capable of being active at the national and international level, who can transform the world around him.
He attended introductory courses in Waldorf pedagogy and many other courses related to children’s creativity, modern education methods, neuroscience.
With this background, in the learning sessions for children he uses a multitude of methods for authentic learning.
In conclusion, its course reflects the desire to support learning in a happy way, like a self-portrait, learning being a self-discovery.



Codruța
Codruța considers herself a lucky human from all points of view: she has a wonderful child, warm and sincere friends, dedicated colleagues, capable and good teammates. He does the things she likes and gives them satisfaction. Optimism and positivism are feelings that permanently accompany her in her personal life and professional activity, making her a motivated and hopeful person.
She had and still has people who help her evolve, want more and not give up.
A graduate of the University of Theater Art Târgu Mureș, Codruța played on the stages of theaters in Târgu Mureș, Oradea, Brașov and Bucharest.
It was not enough for her and she started the courses of the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Bucharest.
Actress, voice over, teacher, trainer – that’s how her friends know her.
Recently, str is part of Teach for Romania, a non-governmental association, part of the global network Teach for All.
She expanded her circle of friends with the 29 superheroes of the preparatory class from Secondary School No. 1, Bragadiru. She guides them with skill, passion and love.
For Codruța, education means understanding, empathy and a lot of play.
She constantly develop her skills in order to be able to disseminate information, methods, techniques among children to support them in carrying out their own activities.

Alina
We present to you Alina, an always smiling presence accompanied by a lot of love for children. As a young woman she dreamed of having many children 🙂 , at least 5, it came down to two beautiful girls under the same roof and many many others under the wing of the courses organized by her. A graduate of the Faculty of Sciences and Letters, majoring in Romanian-English, she attended the journalism courses of Babeș Bolyai University, flirted with the Faculty of Psychology for a year, completing her studies with a master’s degree on Anglo-American Studies, intercultural perspectives. If during her college years she started a “relationship” with print media and TV, life brought her back to where she belonged, next to the children. Therefore, in 2014, he established an educational center, where he organizes different courses and camps for children. Later, a private kindergarten was added to the educational center, which he manages with great passion. Because he loves everything that means Romania and the Romanian language, he joined our team in an attempt not to forget who we are, no matter where we are.
Coordinates Romanian language classes for beginner/intermediate level.



Teodora
A graduate of the Faculty of Letters, specializing in English-French, Teodora attended the Doctoral School of Philology at the University of Oradea, keeping alive her love for books and the magical universe of childhood, through the pages of the children’s literature books she published and through work beyond the classroom. He joined us with the conviction that we owe it to promote the beauty of the Romanian language, traditions and values beyond any borders, but above all to make them known to the young generations, whose roots draw their sap from our Romanian land.



Mihai
A graduate of the Faculty of Letters and Sciences, majoring in Romanian-English, passionate about English and Romanian culture and civilization, interested in the impact of historical events on the lives of communities, in love with the study of foreign languages since childhood, Mihai enjoys and leads the children from PROUD in their journey through Romania.
He firmly believes in small victories, great victories are based on many small victories…
He likes to look for the good in people.
Beyond the school curriculum, the values and human qualities developed or instilled he values in his work with students.
He likes his students to work relaxed, that way their comfort zone will expand and they will progress much faster.
He has been a member of the PROUD team since April 2021, “a very interesting project from my point of view, which gave me and gives me the opportunity to develop as a person, as a trainer and to help others to be better , more curious and in control of their personal vision”.
For Mihai, education means an accumulation of curiosity, understanding and connection.

Dincolo de programa școlară, valorile și calitățile umane dezvoltate sau însuflate le prețuiește în lucrul său cu elevii.
Îi place ca elevii lui să lucreze relaxați, în felul acesta zona lor de comoditate se va extinde și vor progresa mult mai repede.
Este membru al echipei PROUD din aprilie 2021, “un proiect din cale afară de interesant din punctul meu de vedere, care mi-a oferit și îmi oferă oportunitatea să mă dezvolt ca om, ca trainer și să ajut și pe alții să fie mai buni, mai curioși și mai stăpâni pe viziunea lor personală”.
Pentru Mihai, educația înseamnă un cumul de curiozitate, înțelegere și conexiune.



Mădălina
Mădălina Roman is a PR & Communication specialist with over 15 years of experience in the field, content creator and blogger.
She currently works at Radio Romania, is the PR of the Teatrul de Artă School (Bucharest) and managing partner at PROUD Romanian Online School (New York), two projects dedicated to children from Romania and the Romanian diaspora.
In 2020, Mădălina Roman published her first volume of fiction – The Silent Forest – Stories for big people.
In 2022, the implementation of the AntrepreMAME project began – which aims to develop new actions to support entrepreneurial mothers in the community and founded the AntrepreMAME Community – an interactive platform, supporting entrepreneurial projects.



Delia
Delia Marina Pavel – manager of PROUD – Romanian Online School (based in New York) and of the Teatrul de Artă School (based in Bucharest). He has nine years of experience in organizing and running cultural and educational programs for children and adults, personal development courses through theater, creative writing or the art of speaking (both online and offline).
Starting in 2020, with the launch of the project for Romanians from the diaspora and beyond – PROUD Romanian Online School, Delia Pavel continued the organization of educational programs, focused on teaching the Romanian language exclusively for Romanian children from the diaspora, regardless of their age or level of knowledge. In the last two years, PROUD – Romanian Online School has focused on the organization of educational programs for teaching the Romanian language, through personal development techniques and the development of the students’ communication and free expression skills, adapted to their age categories.
